Releasing the Negaive Energy You Absorb from Others

Are you empathic? Do you feel tired or uneasy in crowds? Are you sensitive to others' problems? Absorbing negative energy from others can wear you down and can make you feel unhappy. It can even lead to illness if you can't release the negative energy of others.

I make sure I limit my time in big groups and I use EFT to release feelings of irritation or depression I may have picked up from others. It's also good to visualize a clearing of the negativity from your body, by meditation or showering and picturing the bad energies leaving your body.
